At Handy, we prioritize the safety of the professionals and the customers on our platform. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are rolling out a number of efforts to help foster a safe environment to better serve our communities.
We require that Pros wear PPE during bookings and encourage customers to wear face coverings during bookings as well.
We are requiring every pro to confirm that they are not experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath and committing to following CDC and local health regulations on a daily basis.

PPE DONATIONS
We are communicating the CDC’s health and safety guidelines and best practices to customers and pros to be followed before, during and after a booking.
We are providing professionals with guidance on using EPA-approved cleaning products.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
We are providing financial assistance to pros who have tested positive for COVID-19.
We distributed PPE to active pros throughout the first months of the pandemic. For every set of masks and gloves we sent to pros, Handy also donated a set to local hospitals in need of these supplies.
